3 steps for registration
1. Sign-up, 2. Confirm sign-up via e-mail, 3. Log-in to complete registration form.
Instruction
- Sign-up using your e-mail address and a new password for this registration log-in purpose (not the password of your e-mail).
- The link to confirm your sign-up will be sent to the provided e-mail.
- Go to your e-mail account and click at the link to confirm your sign-up.
- After confirmation you can come back to this page and log-in using the e-mail and password that you used to sign-up.
- After successful log-in, you can then complete your registration form.
Important Notes
- Please select your home Country (member status) on sign-up so that we can pre-determine your membership status (Based on data from IOMP, AFOMP and SEAFOMP web sites). But please be informed that once you sign-up, the country information CANNOT be changed.
- For Thai participants, if you are the member of TMPS, please select your name on sign-up.
- If you will register as a student, please prepare an evidence that you are a student in a form of electronic file (any file type not larger than 500 kb) to be uploaded on registration.
- Accompany Persons are those who accompany congress participants, may not attend the congress session but can join coffee/tea, lunch and Gala dinner.
- If the process of payment fail, you can try again by re-log-in to your account.
- The rate of registration fee will be based on the day of payment, NOT the day of registration.
- The registration fee is NOT refundable.
